Return & Refund Policy

At Kavari, we want you to love your space. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

Email support@kavari.life with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • A photo (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will send return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened spice jars or used containers may not be returned unless they are defective.
